KTS: activation error, "No devices to send the license to. Activate the application manually"

Hello

 

I face an “activation error” case with symptoms like the following screenshot:

 

It tells that the license has been activated, but always fails to apply to the device.

When I enter to the the Application dashboard, this kind of fails appear:

 

 

And then when I inter the “License is missing”, it will be back to this tab-page:

 

 

Please support and a solution.
