KSO restarts windows 2016 server when I try pause protetion

Hello, I have a windows 2016 server VM on qemu/kvm on ubuntu server 21.04.
Whenever I try to pause or add a program to the exclusion list, windows restarts.
This happens on windows 2016 and windows 2019 server
