KSC Free on Windows 10 with Npcap Loopback Adapter, repeated notification: allow\disallow\block connections.

Each time PC powering on Kaspersky asking for what he need to do with Npcap Loopback Device - allow\disallow\block connections. This is annoying, how can this be fixed?

• We were hoping members of the Russian Community & or Kaspersky team would have joined your topic🤔 
• So, each time the PC is rebooted, the popup appears, which option has been selected? 
• If it’s Allow does Kaspersky Security Cloud Free “forget” so that the next time the PC is rebooted, the same popup will appear?

Also, Kaspersky free software, the issue is not happening with the Kaspersky paid version of the same software.
