KLAdmin password

Trying to set up admin user password but I keep getting requested for an  KLAdmin  password new install never had one to start with 

i have cycled through this issue several times. getting no where fast. what I noticed when I first entered the settings Password protection page the the utility was already turned on .

does anyone know the default password for the KLAdmin ?

Welcome!

Something may have gone askew, normally, KLAdmin is OFF by default, to rectify, use: I forgot my password. What should I do?, making sure to follow mandatory Step 5: run the computer in Safe mode; when KLAdmin has been reset, follow: How to password-protect access to Kaspersky Total Security management functions.

hi went to safemode registry the enablepsword under kaspersky settings was already set to 0 when i returned to settings interface in normal running the password was set to enable can't uninstall because no password

Why safemode registry? 

• Do not touch the registry!

Run the system in Safe mode, means - change the computer so it boots into Safe mode, READ all the documentation & follow it carefully -> How to start your PC in Safe Mode.
