In app cant run directly KPM like before... Updated right now on new version 11.84. Now is greyed out and also says : app cant open, retry again later...

Whats going on?

click on the line "Zkusit znovu"
start function will turn on

Which product activation code was used to activate KISA?

Dont know what you mean... For KISA... Activation code It has nothing to do with this.. 

Today morning works after update not works. Thats all. 

Also fingerprint (app lock) not working a long time ago. Which i reported it..

I see on your screenshot the inscription "Zapnout 1 dalsi funkci"
here you need to find out why you have 1 function turned off

I have KISA the same version 11.84
Activated with a code from Kaspersky Security Cloud
All features enabled, KPM starts

I have a Russian-language interface

Zapnout další funkci... It is this KPM greyed out it is turned off and KISA notifing me that i should turn on but i cant...

Yes already contacted support.. Also reinstalled app but not working.

@kmscom i dont have last two sections of KISA (ustroystva v moey seti and upravenie moey privatnost..) why?

it probably depends on the license, I have KISA activated with an activation code from Kaspersky Security Cloud
