KIS on Mac 10.15.7 (Catalina)

Hello,

my License for Kaspersky Internet Security just ended. My Macbook has Catalina installed and thats the latest supported OSX.

Now i bought Kaspersky Plus and found out Catalina is not supported anymore.

What can i do now? I can't use Kaspersky anymore?

Please help :(

1. Do (you) mean the MacBook *cannot* be upgraded past Catalina?  
2. Which MacBook do you have, read: macOS Catalina?

yes, its a Macbook Pro 13" from Mid 2012 with Catalina installed. (can't be upgraded)

Thank you for posting back & the information!

IF (you're) absolutely certain the MacBook cannot be upgraded & (you've) checked the app store for compatible OS - How to download and install macOS, Use the App Store - then - unfortunately that's all that can be done, Kaspersky Plus requirements are: macOS 12, 13, or 14. 

(You) may wish to speak with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*

• We've also included How to request a refund?, in case (you) need that. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
