Hi guys, I've been having problems with Spotify desktop for about a week.

The application does not play songs and displays the interface in gray.

Disabling KIS everything works correctly again.

Checking the network rules, spotify is trusted and all connections are open incoming and outgoing. I also tried to add it to the list of exclusions for anti-virus checks without success. If I check for errors or blocked connections in the reports I do not find anything related to Spotify.

What else could I do? Suggestions?

These are my subscriptions. Out of habit i've called it KIS but it's Kaspersky Total Security. I've recently renewed my subscription so is it supposed to upgrade again to Plus with additional costs?

Ok, so Your current license will activate Kaspersky Plus.

Spotify  desktop App is playing perfectly under Kaspersky Standard / Plus / Premium

Upgrading to Plus solved the problem with Spotify. 

That's so weird...but ok.

Versions KIS, KTS are getting obsolete.
