KIS 2013 is not installing on windows 8 and windows 10 [Closed]

i bought kaspersky internet security 2013 for my clients 6 devices but its not installing on their windows 8 and windows 10, pls what could be the problem?

Also, is the software being used for personal use, in a Home environment?
