KIS блокирует подлючение Metatrader к серверам брокера

я работаю с программой MetaTrader 5 Alfa-Forex на реальном счете.
при подключении MetaTrader к серверам он пишет в лог ошибку
connection to AlfaForexRU-Real lost

у меня установлен Kaspersky Internet Security
Блокировка соединения происходит только при запуске метатрейдера.
То есть, если приостановить защиту KIS, запустить метатрейдер - он подключается к серверам.
Если потом включить защиту, то подключение в метатрейдере будет работать пока не закрыть программу.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
