Cheap qulaity service, had purchased 5 copies of Internet security for my personal use. And now when i am trying to register the license key the “ Key is blocked “ error is shown and when contacted the customer care they confirm that please contatc the person whom i have purchased the product and when i contacted the authorised distributor ( Kosmix, Delhi ) they are not ready to refund the amount.

Have to purchase another brand antivirus.

All thieves are there will not be recommending any of the Kaspersky products

  1. If you’ve purchased from a supplier who’s sold a key multiple times, the issue has not been created by Kaspersky.
  2. Kaspersky have not scammed you.
  3. Kaspersky have not cheated you. 
  4. It is the responsibility of the merchant you purchased from, not Kaspersky.
  5. If the merchant will not refund you, go to consumer affairs. 
  6. Regarding Kaspersky spamming you, we doubt it.

Welcome!

  1. Kaspersky’s support have given the correct advice if the activation code has been sold multiple times refer: “Key is blocked” error
  2. If you purchased from Kosmix, Delhi why should Kaspersky be responsible for a refund? 
  3. There has been no “thieving”, by Kaspersky.

Becasue he is an authorised distributor of Kaspersky and if there is any issue within the company then why should the user suffer for that. The company should alert the various users abiut the issue. Will be strictly bann the use of Kaspersky products for which i used to promote since many years.

Hello @Kapil Ahuja

  1. The documentation clearly states when & how Key blocked issues arise. 
  2. If you’ve contacted Kaspersky Support and they will not issue a refund, it means there’s a reason, it would appear as if the reason is a pirated key - why do you think Kaspersky should be responsible for refunding pirated keys? 
  3. If the key was available & legitimate, Kaspersky Support would have unblocked it.
  4. If the merchant will not issue a refund, ask him for another key that has not been “resold”.
  5. The refund/key negotiation is between you & the merchant, if they will not assist, contact Consumer affairs & lodge a complaint. 
  6. The “Verified supplier” status shows merchant is a member of IndiaMart, does not show the merchant or the marketplace as Kaspersky distributors🤔

How come the India Mart comes in between, do you have any knowledge what issue i am talking about.
