KESS installation Error

We attempted to install KESS using the command "install kess 3.4" with the option "Protect computer with anti-virus bases" but were unsuccessful and received the error message "A certificate chain could not be built root chain" (see attached screenshot "Installation error kess"). How do I install it without errors?

it seems the network agent installed has no valid certificate from Administrationserver or a connection cannot be done.

First you can check is using the tool KLNAGCHK.EXE from Network Agent path (start as Administrator) to see if a connection is correct. If not and the Server address is not correct perhaps try using the command:

Open CMD as Admin > go to the network agent Path > KLmover -address >Administrationsserver IP or FQDN<
