KESL 11.4 - ошибка при проверке целостности баз приложения

Здравствуйте

Установил, активировал KESL 11.4 на Oracel Linux Server 7.9, в результатах задачи обновления сообщение:

Ключ установлен, запустить вручную не получается - говорит заблокировано политикой.

Пробовал integrity_checker:
