KES Cloud auto update client v11.6 to v11.7 doesn't work

I’ve updated KES cloud in Kaspersky Business Hub from version 11.6 to version 11.7.  

Kaspersky Endpoint Security on clients with version 11.6 doesn’t auto update to version 11.7!

 

Which steps do we have to take? We wan’t uninstall en reinstall new version manually.

Is there confirmation that this is fixed and working? And that PC clients are communicating with the servers for updates and as they should? It appears we have 11.7 in our distributions now.

Hi,

This is what they answerred me on nov 30 2021:

The issue should be fixed in the next few days. I would suggest to deploy KES 11.6 even in your new clients for now and update to 11.7 in January. This update doesn't bring any major improvement to the security components, so it is safe to postpone it for a while.
