Kaspesky VPN download speed

Good day. I have an issue with my VPN. 

As soon as I turn it off, my internet speed is great. The moment I turn it back on, my pc's up and download speed drops drastically.

Most of the time while in an online game, my game just throws me off.

It has never done this, until i installed Kaspersky.

Please help me.
