Kaspersky won't let me access any websites when I replace my modem

I'm trying to replace my Xfinity modem with a new one, but when I do Kaspersky 21.3.10.391 (j) blocks access to any/all websites. I'm using Windows 10.

Can you please check your Kaspersky reports and post a screenshot.

There are no reports from last night. Should I contact support?

In the meantime , please check your firewall network internet connection  , are you on status “public” ?
