Kaspersky VPN's trial worked pretty fine, but once I upgraded to premium, none of the servers work...

The trial worked just fine, the connection was fast, the sites loaded up pretty fast, but right after I upgraded into premium, it all instantly vanished, none of the servers work, they don't even connect, not even the fastest server connects, what's the issue here?
Note: I'm inside Iran & someone bought the VPN for me in Germany, could that be a problem? I don't think it should cuz it'd be weird.
I need help.
