Hello @YerliOyuncu919

Check Split Tunneling Rules: Make sure these applications (or their associated services) are explicitly set to either bypass or use the VPN in the split tunneling settings. It may help to set each program’s .exe file separately to the “exclude” list so they avoid the VPN tunnel completely.

  1. Open Kaspersky VPN Settings: Go to the split tunneling section in the Kaspersky VPN settings menu.

  2. Add Specific .exe Files: Locate the main executable (.exe) files for NVIDIA GeForce Experience and SteelSeries GG. Common paths are:

    • NVIDIA GeForce Experience: Usually found in C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA GeForce Experience\.
    • SteelSeries GG: Typically located in C:\Program Files\SteelSeries\GG\.
  3. Add Each .exe File Separately to Exclude List: Once you locate the .exe files, add them individually to the split tunneling “exclude” list. This ensures they bypass the VPN and connect directly to the internet, minimizing compatibility issues.

  4. Restart VPN and Programs: After setting the rules, restart both the VPN and the affected programs to ensure they apply the changes.

This approach should help maintain compatibility while using Kaspersky VPN’s split tunneling feature.

Thank you

So i cant use include list right?

In your case, using the exclude list is recommended rather than the include list. Here’s why:

  • Exclude List: Applications in the exclude list bypass the VPN, connecting directly to the internet. This is ideal for apps like NVIDIA GeForce Experience and SteelSeries GG, which may need direct internet access to work correctly.

  • Include List: Applications in the include list will route only their traffic through the VPN while other apps bypass it. However, if NVIDIA GeForce Experience or SteelSeries GG require an unrestricted connection, they might still run into problems if forced to use the VPN via the include list.

Summary

Since these programs need a direct connection to avoid potential compatibility issues, using the exclude list is a better approach.
