Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection .conf file doesn't work on my router.

I had created a Wireguard .conf file for my router and used it a while. But since about 2 months it doesn't work. I can not create a new one because the menu or button for creating .conf or .ovpn file has been disappeared. Could you fix this problem or Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection could not use on the routers anymore?

Here is the official satement :

" Hello,

This is due to an update of the VPN infrastructure.

  • All VPN users will see a new agreement in the app which they need to accept.
  • The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. The router feature, protocol selection and dual VPN options will disappear. We’re continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates. "

Why? And, if this feature will not be available soon, bye bye the Kaspersky Premium subscription after 96 days. There are a lot of services covers more features and cheaper.

Here is another official statement :

Quote

"Dear customer,

We’re truly sorry that you’re experiencing some temporary issues following the migration to our new VPN service provider. Over the past 8 days, many teams across KL have been working around the clock to complete the transition and stabilize the new infrastructure. This remains a top priority for us and our partner, and the work is progressing in close collaboration.

We kindly ask for a bit more of your patience and loyalty as we continue these efforts — we’ll share further updates soon. Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the app, as fixes are already rolling out and the service will gradually return to normal as stabilization continues. The issues expected to resolve automatically include reduced availability of some locations, slower connection speeds,

and difficulties accessing certain online resources.
If you’re running into any specific problems right now, please reach out to our support team and include as many technical details as possible — this really helps us understand the situation and speeds up the fix. We’re here for you and want to make sure you feel supported while the transition is being finalized.
Thank you for staying with us and for your understanding. "

I don't care the statements and only the reality available for me is; working or not working. If it is working, ok for me. If it is not working, it means that it fails and unacceptable. There are many serious VPN service providers on the market. If Kaspersky isn't one of them, I wouldn't use it at all.

There may be some issues stemming from the infrastructure changes, but this transition period shouldn't last for months.
