Kaspersky VPN on Dedsktop and Mobile

Installed Kaspersky VPN on my Windows 10 desktop and my Samsung Galaxy Smartphone.

 

  1. Cannot access my email on either device
  2.  Cannot process any Financial transactions on either device, using AMEX, MasterCard or Visa.  VPN has to be disabled in order to proceed.
  3. There’s no way to add exclusions to the VPN, which is severely annoying.  Any solutions would be appreciated.  ?

Are you running the Kaspersky VPN premium version ?

Also , any error message ?

Absolutely running the Premium version.  Bought and paid for.  ?

Get an error Checking message when the VPN is active.

No issues when it’s disabled.

Credit card transactions cannot be processed when VPN is active and some

web sites deny me access.  Food delivery, such as Skip the Dishes.

No issues when VPN is turned off.
