hi for more than a week my Vpn dosent work it showing me a red message that "Kaspersky Vpn is not available" my region is Yemen, hope to reply as soon as posibble.

i did reinstall it and the problem now is as you can see >> and then when i try to put my activation code it shows a msg that this account is not connected to this activation code and it send me link to this page

  1. *Also*, before the problem started a week ago - did the VPN work? IF 'yes' the license / subscription has already been *activated* & does not need to be activated again. 
  2. In (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscription tab, Premium, in the Apps section, is the VPN  listed?

hey Berny it didnt work after i reinstall it but i download another Vpn and then the Kasber Vpn worked and it shows the i'm signed in then i closed the other Vpn to work with the Kasber Vpn but it stopped when i try to connect and this sg appears

I have the same problem in Yemen 

In order to run Kaspersky VPN, first I have to run Another VPN then I can connect Kaspersky VPN.

It's complicated process but it is the only solution in Yemen.

 

Kaspersky support team needs to check this issue for Yemen users and fix it ASAP
