Kaspersky VPN is extremely slow!

2. Kaspersky VPN 21.3.10.391 (b)
3. When VPN is off, my download speed at speedtest dot net is 98.94 vs 1.92 Mbps when I turned on the VPN through fastest server.
4. I tried to do it many times, restart, windows update.

1. Has KVPN been uninstalled & clean installed according to Kaspersky documentation? 
2. Has the issue been tested against all remote virtual servers? 
3. Internet connection slowed down after installation of a Kaspersky product
4. If KVPN is subscription/paid license, please contact Kaspersky Technical Support; Support may request Logs, Traces & other data; they will guide you.
