Kaspersky VPN crashed my windows 10

I have KIS 2020 and once VPN component get installed the whole OS got crashed and had to recover from a restore point, Windows event log shows that Remote Access Connection Manager was not responding before each crash incident.

 

Before crashing the system, screen becomes green and flashing which does not allow user to interact and the whole OS looks freeze until do a hard restart, got resolved after removing the VPN component. Wondering why such major issue released to production before QE.
