Im going crazy with this pretty xxxx !!!!

 

I already paid for premium and when i need it in the very moment it tries to connect every couple seconds again and interrups the connection. It just xxxxx !!!! im so angry with this xxxxxx tool. 

Is there any issues with Win11 pro????

  1. Read before you create a new topic!
  2. According to the KVPN Hardware & software requirements, W11 is not listed, you may wish to log a case with Kaspersky support, either via Chat or Email, fill in Connectivity issues, VPN related issues template → ask them
  • If selecting Chat option, we recommend you request a copy of the chat transcript, make sure you fill in your email address AFTER the chat is activated by the Chat agent & complete the Verify your email address email AFTER the chat completes.
  • When it’s available, please share the outcome with the Community?

Update,we’ve just checked with support, W11 is supported, the documentation will be updated by late Jan, 2022. 

Do the following:

  1. Uninstall KVPN
  2. Shutdown machine using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login. 
  3. Download new KVPN installer
  4. Install KVPN. 
  5. Configure KVPN. 
  6. Recheck original issue? 
  7. IF original issue persists log a case with Kaspersky support, either via Chat or Email, fill in Connectivity issues, VPN related issues template; support may request logs, traces & other data, they will advise you. 
  • If selecting Chat option, we recommend you request a copy of the chat transcript, make sure you fill in your email address AFTER the chat is activated by the Chat agent & complete the Verify your email address email AFTER the chat completes.
  • When it’s available, please share the outcome with the Community?
