Kaspersky VPN Connection

HI there, 

For the last few days, I have been trying to connect with Kaspersky VPN Connection, but it has failed. Can you support how I can make the connection again? I am using  Kaspersky Premium.

1. Which OS version & *build*?- in Windows SEARCH - type WINVER, open the WINVER app & post a screen-print of the result? 
2. Which *versions* of Kaspersky Premium & Kaspersky VPN are installed -> in Windows *Hidden icons*, right-click the Kaspersky icons, select *About*? 
3. When the Kaspersky VPN Connection 'fails', what do you see, how do you know it's failed, are there errors, we need to see what you see; post a full-screen-screen-print please - hide any personal information before posting!
4. Have *all* other remote virtual locations been tried, is the VPN failing to connect to *all* remote virtual servers? IF 'yes', has (your) *router* been *reset*? 
5. Has the  Kaspersky VPN application / software been re-installed - since the failure problem started - download a new version from: https://kas.pr/ksec_win_global. 
6. What happened in the last few days, what changed, that may be contributing to the failures? 
7. Since the VPN failures began has the computer been restarted/powered OFF & ON again?
