Welcome back!

  1. Has the Kaspersky VPN ever worked since you reported Kaspersky VPN application not working on Macos, March 21st, 2024 & Danila T. assisted? 
  2. When you press on the VPN icon & select connect & the VPN does not connect - what error shows - we need to see what you see - post a screen-print please?
  3. Is the Kaspersky VPN application logged into with (your) email address, the same email address that is used to log into (your) MyKaspersky account?

1. Yes it has work it just hasn't worked with the VPN icon 

2. There is no error, it just keeps loading forever with "connecting"

Has the VPN been configured to run in the background? 

Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts
on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in template as shown in the image below; please include any screen images of the error & a *detailed history*. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you: image.thumb.png.005a214a8190058ba15f4b0c1c641829.png
Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

What do you mean configured? But yes I've trieed using the VPN in the background and it does work only with the application and not the mini application.
