Kaspersky total security not 365 days after activation

i bought kaspersky total security today for 1 device 1 year and when i activated it, it only says 269 days remaining  and not 365 days. please help

1. Was there any existing Kaspersky software already installed? 
2. If “yes”, please follow: Error "This license expires earlier than the current license"
3. If “no”, log a request with  Kaspersky Technical Support, select Activation & License issues, License term is incorrect template. Provide a detailed history, including Activation code, Order number (if available), system OS / build details & known software information; all steps you’ve taken & screen print(s), Support may request logs, traces & other data, they’ll guide you: 

 

• After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
