Kaspersky Total Security - Mouse & Keyboard problem, built in mouse & keyboard are no more working.

Hi all,

I’m currently facing the following problem:

 

I installed Kaspersky Total Security 2021 on my Windows 10 Pro 20H2 19042.685 (Lenovo Yoga 2 13).

 

Since the installation, the built in mouse & keyboard are no more working. Uninstalled Kaspersky with the removal tool has not fixed the problem! 

 

External keyboards/mouses are working without a problem …..

 

Anyone knows how to fix such a problem

@Matze_K Welcome. Reinstalling  the driver from the built in touchpad  could eventually fix this issue ?

Hi Berny,

thanks for your replay - sorry, forgot to mention that I did this now three times ….. no solution.

 

What disturbs me the most is, that i just installed this system from scratch, besides MS Office, Windows and Acrobat Reader there is no adittional software on the system. So even the incompatible software section brings an answer ……….
