Kaspersky Total Security deleted Razer Synapse 3

Hi,

I am facing a problem. I can not use Razer Synapse 3 if Kaspersky Total Security is enabled. Razer Synapse 3 is a trusted application and is installed directly from the Razer homepage. However, after installing, Kaspersky Total Security removed it completely.

I think it should be fixed or solved somehow.

1. Restore KTS application to Default. 
2. Clear temp folders, follow: How to delete temporary files and folders. 
3. Reinstall Razer Synapse 3. 
4. Run a KTS manual Database update. 
5. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, start KTS recheck: "Kaspersky Total Security deleted Razer Synapse 3 "?
6. IF the issue persists, log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support; select either Chat or Email & fill in the Application malfunction, Other template; Support may require Traces, Logs & other data, they will guide you.
