Kaspersky Total Security - Crash on specific disk scan

Hi,

After a time scanning a specific hard disk drive the software crashes fully and restart automatically.

It seems on a specific %, I checked if my hard disk drive have any bad sectors, but no issues found by chkdsk tool (pasted here: https://hastebin.com/share/dujubideji.vbnet).

This is an old issue that I tried to solve a long time ago with kaspersky support, but no answer was found, so I tried to install MalwareBytes and I scanned this hard disk drive and worked perfectly.

What I can do in that case? I'm ready to share more technical informations if needed.

Did you provide a GSI Log to Kaspersky Technical Support ?
Also, please check your  Window Event Log ?
