Indica versión exacta del producto KTS, y versión de sistema operativo.

 

¿Estás seguro de que es Kaspersky quien borra los mensajes? ¿Te ocurre si sales de KTS?

 

¿Has realizado algún cambio en la configuración de tu KTS?

Alternativamente, puedes migrar tu KTS a la nueva línea de productos de Kaspersky versión 21.9.

 

Como tienes KTS, obtendrás Kaspersky Plus, puedes descargar el instalador aquí:

 

 

Descarga el instalador apropiado dependiendo de si estás en España o en LATAM.

 

Ejecuta el instalador y sigue los pasos del asistente, se instará sobre el KTS.
