Kaspersky Total Security blocks keybord everywhere Windows 10

Hi there!

When I work on 2! laptops during serveral hours my keybord is blocking. Letters buttons don’t work, also don’t work numbers on the right side. However windows button, enter, tab work normally. When I exit from the antivirus the keyboard work normally. I see it on 2! laptops - Acer Nitro 5 and Dell Inspiron 5406 2n1

• Please deactivate Kaspersky Virtual Keyboard ?
• Reset KTS to default options ?
• Update your drivers ?

I ran into this problem a month ago on an old laptop.  A week ago I bought another one, reset Windows to factory settings and installed an antivirus and ran into the same problem.

I have exactly the same problem. I have to shut down kaspersky total security to get the keyboard to work.  Upon restarting kaspersky the keyboard works fine.   Problem occurs at randowm times.

This is a known issue, it will be fixed in a future version of the product. 

The workaround is to disable Secure Input via Settings → Additional → uncheck ‘Enable Secure Keyboard Input’.
