Hello. Thanks for answer.

The software version became unstable when I activated the old control panel.

Navigate to: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\KasperskyLab\AVP21.2\environment and set SuggestSafeKids to 0.

When I return to normal and activate "Safe Kids" everything becomes stable.

Is there any chance that I will continue to use the “old parental control” - not Safe Kids - but the version remain stable?

Thanks!

PS: all this was done by deactivating / activating “self defense in product”.

Since this function does not have much practical value in China, I am not familiar with it and cannot answer your question.
You may need to contact technical support for a more detailed solution.

Hi @Catalin ,

Try to uninstall Safe Kids, what will be the outcome?

If it does not help, please submit a ticket to technical support via my.kaspersky.com and include in your request a link to Kaspersky dump files, which must be available in C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.2\dumps\… ending with SRV0.full.dmp and GUI0.full.dmp. Please put these files into an archive and upload to some public cloud.

Send me the ticket number via pm or post here.

Thank you,

Igor

Hello!

For those who are interested in this problem, the technical support sent me that it will be solved in the 2021 MR3 version - which is expected in February 2021.

The workaround would be to use version 2020 until the release of MR3.

I'll wait for that version.
Thank you Kaspersky.
