Kaspersky Total Security 2020 doesn't detect this as a virus

On startup I have these weird services that can be stopped and a weird process. I can use sc delete on them and delete them manually with regedit but when I reboot, they’re back again with random letters and numbers.

• 1 May we have a full screen image of Windows Notifications & actions please?

 

• 2 Please select a sample of the “suspect” processes, go to the file location, copy the files & paths to your reply please? 
• 3 Please update Windows to the current version & build, before doing so create a System Restore Point & backup all critical data. 
• ☢4 After updating Windows, run a KTS software compatibilty check - fix any reported conflicts please? 
• 5 After updating Windows, run a GSI & Windows Logs, post back please?

I haven’t contacted Windows.

Windows is up to date.

The only conflicting software I’m running in malwarebytes.

You seem not to be understanding the directions:

1. Contact Microsoft.
2. Create a System Restore Point. 
3. Update Windows.
4. Remove Malwarebytes.
5.  AFTER 1 to 4 are complete, run a GSI & Windows Logs, post back please?
