Kaspersky Total Security 20.0.14.1085: Can KIS block new installations /.exe runs with a password

Hello is there any way i can block new installations/ running any exes on the pc if they are not white listed. I know that the application does it already but I would like to control this with password so once someone sits on my pc and try to install or run a non trusted program to be forced to type the kaspersky password and then to be able to whitelist that new program ?

 

is there any possibility this to be implemented in the near future of the coming kaspersky versions ?

 

or maybe there is a way to block this by some rules and quickly switch on/off that rules if i need to install a new program.

 

i hope this can be done as this will bring more protection on the admin pc if you dont want to have any other user accounts and do the restrictions trough them.
