Kaspersky Total Secrurity blocks Ubisoft Connect from working

So I have been using Kaspersky recently and realised I can not log into ubisoft connect anymore nor play any games online/download stuff. If I disable the antivirus it works normally.

 

I had thought to put it into exceptions but it doesn’t seem to work or I am doing it wrong, I am in need for help. I want to be able to have Kaspersky be opened in the background while playing any ubisoft games

 

Windows 10 Version 20H2 (Build 19042.1165)

 

Using Kasperksy Total Security Version 21.3.10.391 (f)

TCP: 14000, 14008, 14020, 14022, 14027-14028, 14043

UDP: 3074

→ Settings → Firewall Settings → Packet Rules → Add → Protocol : (e.g.) “TPC”   →  Local ports
