Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Exchange Not Scanning Internal Spam Emails

Hi Everyone,

I'm testing Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Exchange (MR7) and encountered an issue with the anti-phishing module under the anti-spam section. The solution detects phishing and malicious URLs in emails from external domains without problems. However, it fails to scan and detect the same threats in internal emails, even though I have:

  • Enabled scanning for outgoing emails that contain phishing links.
  • Activated scans for emails arriving over trusted connections for spam (configured in the advanced anti-spam settings).

Has anyone faced a similar issue or know how to resolve this? I would appreciate any insights or suggestions.

Hello,

please check SPF Record option in Using External Anti Spam Services.

If this will not help open a ticket with Technical Support to analyze the problem
