Kaspersky Security for Edge Server

Hello Dear,

I wanted to discuss the request for Kaspersky Security for the edge server alongside the Exchange Server. What kind of product can we propose for them in this case?

Can we utilize Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway for the edge server to enhance email security? If so, how would it integrate with the existing setup?

Hello Yemiru,

there are two product that can be used to protect your Email environment:

1. Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Exchange Server which protect the Exchange Server and its mailboxes directly on the server
About Kaspersky Security 9.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers

2. Kaspersky Security for Mail Gateway which will be configured between the Internet and the Mail Server
About the Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway

How to use and configue them is described in each of the Online Help

Do I have to pay anything when using Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Exchange Server?

Hello fnfunkin,

if you have costs or not depends on the License you have now.

For sure Business Software is normally not without any costs. If you have any Products for Business where Kaspersky Security for Mail Server is included you can use it and there you normally can choose which Product you would like to use.

KSE directly on MS Exchange

KSMG as Gateway 

or KSO365 for Office 365 Server
