Kaspersky Security Connection no se conecta, me dice que cambie de ubicación estoy en México? [MOVIDO]

Hola soy usuario en Mexico, tengo el Kasperky Security Connection pero no se conecta el VPN, me indica que debo cambiar de ubicación o llamar a soporte técnico.

¿Qué se puede hacer ahí?
