Kaspersky Security Cloud - Personal : Full scan is stuck at 1% with 850000+ files scanned.

I did a full scan on kaspersky and left it overnight. The next morning i checked and it’s still stuck at 1% but it says that around 850 000+ files have been scanned, and that number is constantly increasing. Is there anything i can do to fix this? i doubt my pc has 850 000 files (and thats still 1%).

I did a quick scan and it scanned 3710 files and ended relatively quickly taking around 10minutes.
