@Berny  Usually WD automatically turns off when another AV is installed (had norton trial prior to KSC free). This issue exists only with KS.

If this does not help, write a request to tech support through my.kaspersky.com

I solved it by contacting MS help. BTB does Kaspersky free offer firewall ??

No, Kaspersky Security Cloud Free does not include Firewall.
