Kaspersky Security Cloud Free Fails to Renew

Hello Kaspersky Support.
I've been using the Cloud Free product about a years ago and the license was expired as of 20 December.
As far as i know that's the Cloud Free version will be renewing it's license automatically without any user involvement or what not. Based on this article

It's clearly stated that

The license for the Free package is renewed automatically.

 

I am Using the SEA region of Kaspersky. Living in Indonesia, connected to Internet using tunnel from Singapore.
