Kaspersky Security Cloud Free doesn't respond to clicking any item.

After logon, opening Kaspersky Security Cloud Free a hand appears when hovering on the item attempting to click, for example, Update, Details, More Tools, or Scan, but no response when I click the item.  Uninstalling and reinstalling only gets Kaspersky Security Cloud Free to work a day or two, then no response again, a day or two later.  I have uninstalled repeatedly to no avail.  Please advise?  Is this the end of the road for this installation/product?  This software works fine on another computer, but without being able to update it--the update upon program open setting doesn’t work--it doesn’t update automatically upon program opening at new startup.

I also noticed that another user had the same issue, and it was suggested to uninstall, and reinstall to that user.  Why doesn’t the installation update upon launch, if so configured?  That is the main thing which I want to do anyway, update at least daily.

Once KSCloud is launched please exit , wait 30 seconds and restart Kaspersky ?

I’ll try it.  Need to boot the computer on which the installation is causing problems….
