This is after uninstalling KSEC-VPN v20, which happily ran alongside Kaspersky Security Cloud forever?

I have checked the issue on 2 machines and they have no such issue. 

 

Try to remove this installer from the list of Application Control, then restore KSC settings, then retest the issue.

 

If the issue persists - please contact Tech support.
