1. Confirm Kaspersky Secure connection (KSC) system requirements ?
2. Confirm if KSC is paid subscription or free version? 
3. Uninstall KSC
4. Clean install KSC, recheck “Kaspersky Secure connection is getting connected thru India servers only” issue, if it persists, & if you have a paid subscription, log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the template as in our image, Support may request additional data & or Traces, they will guide you; provide as much detail as possible, if you have images that may help, include those, include the URL for this Community topic:

Usually fast connection will choose the server with the lowest ping value to connect. Therefore, the ping value of the Indian server may be lower in your region, so this server is preferred. If you are a subscriber, you can manually connect to other regional servers To solve.
