Kaspersky removes the necessary safe file on all computers of my clients. Moreover, the site file is recognized as safe through online verification on the Kaspersky website. Where to write to be removed from the signatures. File is already 6 years old and it happened. thanks

Upload the file at https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ for analysis, then you can click ‘Submit to reanalyze’ if you suspect a false detection:
