Hello @ZMA ,

Welcome!

  1. Device OS version & build?
  2. QR version
  3. Does QR work for every other site/scan?
  4. Have you cleared QR cache?
  5. Has QR been reinstalled?
  6. How much Ram/Rom is free/available?
  7. What happens using a different QR reader?
  8. What happens using a different device?
  9. May we know the site name/URL so we can test please?

Please let us know?

Thank you🙏

@ZMA This may be related to how the image HTML-code is used in the Webpage
When defining "Percentage" (<style %) the images will be changed according the screen size,
however when defining "Pixel" (<style px) images are not responsive to different screen sizes.

Agreed, the image is large, but, does not impact the conversion.

Hello @ZMA

We ran the test twice, got a numerical result each time.

  1. Is your (image result above) from the Android 11.11.2 or the iPhone?
  2. Is the  11.11.2 a beta or commercial release?

Thank you🙏

Hello @ZMA

Thank you👌

We’ve tried, another phone & Kaspersky QR, the image is not even recognised.

7 online scanners, all generated: error decoding result.

Thank you🙏

@ZMA Your QR code below is pointing to a “JPG” object, did you try with a “HTML” link ?
FYI your “A01-DK.jpg” is scaling correctly on my IPhone and IPad.

Personally  i don’t think Kaspersky is involved in the issue 🤔

@Flood and Flood's wife & @Berny

Thanks both for trying to help me.

I still get the same result, when scanning a code, that refers to the image.

I tried your suggestion @Berny. It didn’t resolve the problem. The image is still not scaling:

I cannot see where the problem is if not in Kaspersky. I tried different QR scanner codes and they scale the image just fine. I’m just reluctant to use another :S

@ZMA No problem as well with a HTML QR-code.
I can’t reproduce your issue with the Kaspersky QR Scanner.
Unfortunately i can’t help you.
