Kaspersky Plus VPN issue

when i buy kaspersky plus for 3 device per year, the other 2 account not get the unlimited vpn 
please help me check this issue
the main mail buy this plus is : Phi Nguyễn *****@*****.tld

1. Kaspersky Plus for 3 devices, with *unlimited* VPN is available IF *all* 3 devices use the same email address that was used to buy the Kaspersky Plus subscription -> to sign-into the VPN                       
2. IF on two devices *different* email addresses are used to sign-into the VPN application, those 2 devices will have Limited/Standard VPN. 
3. Has the VPN application on the 2 devices been signed-into with the *subscriber* email address?
