Kaspersky Online Chat "Send" transcript, not working, since mid Feb 2021, may have been before, mid Feb is when it was formally logged. 

Chat ops have to manually send transcripts.

Another Live Chat OLC failure. 

So much for automation🙄

1. Why is the OLC tool now sending "Verify your email address” emails for every chat that's logged & when the email address has already been verified?  

 

2. When will the Send transcript issue be fixed?
