Kaspersky On-Screen Keyboard Not Compatible with Trackpad

I don’t know if it is a feature or a bug, but my copy of Kaspersky On-Screen Keyboard, whether launched from Kaspersky Free for Windows or Kaspersky Protection browser extension, seems incompatible with the trackpad. As I use my trackpad, the cursor remains stuck in one corner on the keyboard the keys cannot be clicked. Switching to a mouse works fine, though.

• As is already advised in @Maike13’s topic:  Secure Keyboard: can input my password in a variety of ways? A tap on the track pad is not interpreted as a click with onscreen keyboard, Kaspersky Technical experts acknowledge known issue → bug, in hand with them.
• Also, not resolved in commercial release of v2021.
