Kaspersky not updating and i can't use npx/npm commands

Title self explanatory , i have logs  from traces , but dont know where to post it

Certainly not here in the Community, there's a Community guideline (to protect user's privacy & security, that does not allow any sharing of logs, data or traces, here in the Community) - if after following all steps in 1. & 2. the issues persists, contact Kaspersky Customer service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Database update issues, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
